Dane Everitt	f0ac0725b6	[Security] Don't return all servers on the system when not a root admin and admin level servers are requested ... Cleaned up the API endpoint by simplifying the logic and adds test case to cover this bug. Due to the Google API for generating the 2FA QR code will be shut down on 14.04.2019, this adds the package "pragmarx/google2fa-qrcode" and updates "pragmarx/google2fa" to version 5.x.
