In order to use Microsoft Office 365 Exchange email with FreeScout you need to create an additional mailbox in any Email Service Provider (Yahoo, Yandex, etc) and forward email from Microsoft 365 to this email address. In order to fetch emails from Microsoft 365 mailbox we are proposing a temporary solution until PHP developers add an oAuth support to PHP IMAP extension (read more [here](https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/619)).
