**1. I've fetched emails from my mailbox, but older emails were not fetched. How can I fetch the entire inbox messages?**
You need to mark emails in your inbox as `Unread` and they will be fetched in to FreeScout. For now FreeScout fetches emails for the last 3 days.
Go to `Manage --> System --> Tools` and fetch all undread emails.
**2. Is it possible to forward customer's email to FreeScout and make it look like it came from the customer?**
