<p>When you purchase a RuneScape Card from a store, you will discover that it has a 'scratch strip', beneath which is a PIN you can use to pay for membership. The RuneScape Card indicates how long your membership will last.</p>
<p>Please note that you will receive extra membership credit if you are eligible for our loyalty rate.</p>

<p>Select 'Upgrade Your Account' on the <ahref="../../index.html">RuneScape front page</a> (under the 'Account' drop-down menu), click 'Upgrade now', log in with your account details and follow the instructions for paying by RuneScape Card.</p>

<p>RuneScape Card payments are normally processed instantly, so you should be able to begin playing immediately. Once you have used your card to purchase membership, it cannot be refunded or transferred to a different account.</p>

<p>You do not enter into a contract until you pay for a new subscription. If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to subscribe using RuneScape Cards, simply do nothing. </p>

<p>You can pay for thirty or ninety days of membership. </p>

<p>If you qualify for the loyalty membership rate, you will receive extra days of credit when you subscribe using a RuneScape Card (i.e. you will receive 32 days' membership credit instead of 30, if you purchase a one-month subscription card).</p>
