Added the new rule page
I am well aware of the nav bar and I left a comment in the page. This will be what the future nav bar will look like with all existing files that will be uploaded.

While legacy allowed botting in World 2, we have removed the scripts that allowed you to bot. As of 2.009 all botting will be considered bannable

since it is unfair to other players and destroys the economy. We do have server sided bots running around collecting resources so do not fear about that! They

will continue roaming around even in 2.009!
