Some of you will remember a time when RuneScape sold ringtones, phone wallpapers and posters. On the Forums, a few of you have called for these to return, and some of you have said that we should research other ideas for RuneScape merchandise.
So, this week, we would like you to tell us about what RuneScape merchandise you would be interested in. We cannot promise that any of these will happen and, in particular, we cannot guarantee that the most popular idea will be made.
What we can say is that your votes will be very helpful to us. They will give us a good idea of merchandise popularity and help us to focus on those areas that you would be interested in.
Note - Creating merchandise does not and never will affect the release of RuneScape game updates. Marketing teams are totally separate from game development teams and do not make game updates 'slower' to happen. This, incidentally, is exactly the same case for other products Jagex is currently working on.
