We are the creators of RuneScape and FunOrb, which, as with many popular online games, attract a wide range of players of many different ages from all around the world. While our games are created with adult gamers in mind, we do appreciate that some younger players also enjoy them.
This guide has been put together for the parents and guardians of these younger players, so that they can learn more about our games, and the active steps we take to ensure account security and online safety.

Over half of the Jagex team is dedicated to player support, and their primary responsibility is to maintain a fun and safe gaming environment. We have developed in-game content to educate players about online safety and security, and behind the scenes we operate industry-leading technology to prioritise reports from our players.
