Hey everyone who live in other countries. This give you some facts about Sweden.

Our official language is Swedish but we got some Finnish here as well which fled to Sweden during the cold war.
Sweden is 450.000km2 big and is the 5th largest country in europe. And we got around 9.2 million people in Sweden. Our history is filled with war. We had control over both Finland and Norway. We lost Finland 1809, Norway 1905.

Here we got some geographic: Sweden is 10% made of water. Forest and woodland 78% (I can only see forests where i live). We find 95,700 lakes in Sweden.

Sweden also created the dymanite by Alfred Nobel (you have surely heard about the Nobel price), and Pippi longstock and Karlsson-on-the-roof by Astrid Lindgren, one of the most famous authors.
Abba is the most famous popgroup in scandinavia and very well known in other countrys. Ikea, one of the biggest furniture and well known as well in scandinavia as netherlands. It was founded 1943 by Ingvar Kamprad which is now the 4th richest man in the world.

The Johnson gang (J�nssonligan) is a featured comedic swedish films. There is eight films and i'm going to write all of them:
Beware the Johnson Gang, 1981, The Johnson Gang and Dynamite-Harry, 1982, Gold Fever for the Johnson Gang, 1984, The Johnson Gang Resurface, 1986, The Johnson Gang goes to Majorca, 1989, The Johnson Gang and the Black Diamond, 1992, The Johnson Gang's Greatest Robbery, 1995, The Johnson Gang plays high, 2000. There is also a Young Johnson gang (Lilla J�nsson ligan), however the one with adults is the best one.

Marabou is a Swedish chocolate brand with factories in Upplands V�sby north of Stockholm.
The company was founded in 1916 by the Norwegian chocolatier Johan Throne Holst (1868-1946) who had great success with the Freia brand in Norway.
Freia and Marabou later merged, and, in 1993, were purchased by Kraft Foods for 3 billion Norwegian krone. Marabou chocolate is available in a number of European countries.

The series of the johnson gang was originally remakes of the Danish films about the Olsen Gang

The capital city of Sweden is Stockholm.
We turned members of the European Union in 1995.

The currency is sometimes informally referred to as the "Swedish crown" in English (since krona literally means crown in Swedish). The Swedish krona also circulates in the �land Islands alongside the official Finnish currency, the euro.

H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB (operating as H&M), is a Swedish clothing company, known for its fast fashion clothing offerings for women, men, teenagers and children. H&M has more than 1,800 stores in 34 different countries and employ over 73,000 people.

The Icehotel in the village of Jukkasj�rvi, about 17 km from Kiruna, Sweden, erected each year from December and April, was the world's first ice hotel, first opening in 1990.
