Hello everyone, in this thread can you that isn't from Sweden write down what you know about Sweden, it can be Buildings, Landmarks, Cities, yes everything in/from Sweden that you know about.

I'm Canadian, but I know a little bit about Sweden

The capital is Stockholm
The country belongs to a group of countries known around the world as Scandanavia.
It's neighbours are Finland and Norway, with Germany and Poland to the south.
There is a city north of Stockholm called Uppsala.
Swedish is the most commonly spoken language in Sweden

Swe is the Swedish abbreivation for Swedish, and is actually commonly used in RuneScape Swedish worlds.
The currency is called Crowns in English, yet I forget the Swedish name. I have a Swedish coin actually and it's really cool!

I know Stockholm. The swedish flag is Blue with a yellow cross in the middle, making it look like the danish, but other colors. My favorite person from sweden is probably Ibrahimovic, the soccer player

. In the 1400s Sweden, Denmark and Norway were working as one country, originally owned by, I think Norwegian or Danish vikings. It is the largest country in Scandinavia with it's over 9 million citizens. Sweden consists of over half wood, and have a lot lakes and river(?) making the powergrinding easy and cheap by waterpower, which is clean energy. Sweden is known for it's hot blondes and the rich overclass, also middleclass is pretty rich compared to other countries which is based on a good economy. Abba, do I have to say more? Astrid Lindgren(Astrid Anna Emilia Lindgren Ericson), one of the most famous authoers, almost as famous as the danish H.C Andersen.

I got to go prepare for my exams right now, which reminds me sweden have a good educational system.

I live in australia..i no alot about swedish cultural becasue ive been to sweden 2 times, i no a few city's like orebro, stockholm, sodertalje, goteburg..ive been to sweden when it was in winter and the winters r very cold
