That community is a community for the Portuguese speakers, it just has the brazilian flag because the game is translated to brazilian portuguese.

At the beginning of the community, it had both flags in one, half of the brazilian, and connected to it, the second half of the portuguese one.

Netherlands also fought with belgian players, so it's 100% fair :].
