oK hello i have been making several threads about this throught the day but no one has yet helped me the thing that happend is this


My acount, oo rel got hacked around 2 years ago i was on break from runescape then and basicily quited playing when i found out it got hacked by couple days ago i got urge back to play runescape ! so i decided to check if i could recor my old account wich i could ! yay \o/ <3 i was so happy

it seemed that someone had been playing on my account tough since the lvl got bit higher ! and some skills also but anyhow i whent to bank to get some gear of but there was bank pin ! , ok np 3 days to wait till it get's deleted and i can play my beloved mmorpg aigan


so 3 days or so ago i tried to log in aigan but someone change my ******** ! anyhow i had set recovery questions and i still got all my information from first ********** number used/ first ********* everything you need to know to recover my account

so i did and i also noticed the hacker had reset the bank pin ! so now i got to wait 7 days

ok so now the hacker hacks my account back ever day and resets the bank pin and then decided to log out aigan !

preventing me from playing Runescape

so i am asking you Jagex Mods can you help me whit this ?

i got all evidance you need to show you i am the real owner of the acount !

i also checked for spyware or keyloggers or any other malicouse software on my pc and i found nothing my PC is as clean as a PC can get

so once more

Help me please so i can start this Awesome Mmorpg aigan !

Try getting jagex to lock your account until its 100% safe for you to play.

like cogar said get it locked for 2-3 weeks also rune a scan of your computer incase you have spyware on it also best of luck after 2-3 weeks unlock it and see best of luck

Won't work, becouse the hacker can recover my ******** it seems so he can probly also unlock the account

hmmm.... so he has all your info to recover your account i would say get it banned but then it would be gone hmmm... i odnt know man i would still run a computer scan for spyware so you know its also not spyware the hacker is using to steal your account and if you dont have none i would suggest to get a good security scanner to scan the computer best of luck im here if you need me

Well aigan i did full system check whit nortan anti virus/ spyware doctor anti-vast neither of them can find anything ...

hmm..... give me a few mins man ill figure this out i'm here to help you till the end i wish i had my old name back had it for 7 years wish i never changed heh
