We all know of the RuneScape HiScore, which only applies to the current updated RuneScape, RS2. But what about the classic game, in which new people are joining. There is no hiscore for RSC.

Imagine people that would like to achieve all 99's and can't show anyone that they achieved it, or imagine someone trying to compare their RSC stats with their friends. They wouldn't be able to do so like in RS2.

This is why I'm making a petition for rsc players to have their own RSC HiScore just like the RS2 players do.

I mean, wouldn't it be fair for RSC to have that same privilege as RS2? As 'Magi Paul' stated in the second page: "When this game was the ONLY RS game there WAS a hiscores. Sadly it got sent to rs2 along with most other things."

Possible Conditions:

Some ppl like 'Twisster', [page 1*, would like to keep their stats private. Therefore a possibility could be like "Magi Paul's" suggestion [page 2] of having a "opt out" option of to keeping your stats a secret. Another possibility is having people register their account to appear in the RSC HiScore's like what 'Adroit Mage' said [page 4].

Some ppl like 'Grey Dragon', [page 7*, would like there to be "a section for veterans and non-veterans." I believe there could be a option in the hiscores where it just shows the vets and non-vets just similar like in the grand exchange where u can see mem. and non-mem. items.

On Contrary, Hiscores does not precisely promote botting. Weather or not there is a hiscore, their will always be botting if the botter chooses he wants to. [Cont.]

Secondly, in RS2 there are botters so are you claiming we should remove the highscore for RS2?
Lastly, JaGex has a way on controlling and seeing who bots. For the botters will be banned.
After all RSC is opened to a handful that made their account RSC playable and they are members. I highly doubt they'd want to get caught botting and loose their privilege, time or money.

Suggesting the same in my thread too Definate support, it'd massively encourage more players to try it, and not only that, more to stick at it - it would make the whole of Classic seem like it had a bit more 'purpose' if you could show what you achieved, were as at the moment for most its just something to 'mess about on' really.

I do NOT support...as stated above, our stats are our own to keep. Besides that....Jagex has already stated years ago that RS Classic would not get any further attention once RS2 became the Main Game. Wasting your effort, IMHO. Sorry.
