umm I read your post 5-10 times and I don't understand. phrase it better please? I literally have no idea what at all you're talking about, I just know the subject is barrows.

Personally I find barrows to be some of the best armour. The defensive stats of it, plus some of the useful effects of a couple of the sets make it well worth it. Despite its lack of strength bonus i'd go for barrows over other armours.

As for the the degrade, the only time this is much of an issue is if you die in a non safe area, then of course it degrades 100%. Otherwise you can easily make the repair cost back very quickly.
