After performing a forum search with "offensive", I found several threads that describe the flawed "Report Abuse" system in terms of players with offensive account/display names.

This problem has been around for a very long time, dating back to 2002 in RS Classic, when I first started noticing the flawed system. Since the update to allow display names to be changed, the problem has gotten significantly worse.

Can we at least get an ETA on when this will even remotely get considered to be mentioned to a content team member? That's all I ask.

After all, it's been more than eight years.
