Today I finally saved up enough tokens to buy the Bonecrusher(34k tokens). Which is approximately level 62-63 not 21 for starters. I started doing slayer right away which is why I got the bonecrusher I figured 95-99 slayer would be decent amount of prayer experience, oh how I was crushed by my bonecrusher. I started thinking hmm a hellhound task of 200 what would that give me in prayer expierence.

200x4.5=900xp regular bone droppers (slayer task)
200x15=3,000xp big bones (hill giants)
200x75=15,000xp dragon bones(blue dragon task) vs 1mil+ in cash

Which item would be even more usefull for slayer, I know!!! the gem bag nearly every single slayer monster drops uncut gems and guess what its only 2k tokens (20k dungeon xp around 4-5 games solo). So you see why I'm on the forums this is completely rediculous and I'm sure I am not the only one who wants compensation for there hard work that they were crushed out of by there bonecrusher. So this why I am writing this thread for when jagex updates dungeon in their 2nd update coming soon. They should give the people who got bonecrusher some compensation for this rediculous item. You don't even recieve experience for hunter bones or multiple bone drops such as bloodvelds. (hunter bones is rumored to of been fixed so that the bones automaticly bury im currently not sure on this I haven't tested it myself.)

My suggestions:
Give the bonecrusher a guilded altar effect (doesnt have to be the same but still come on this item is worthless)

Allow us to exchange it for 4/5 of our tokens we bought it for. reasonable, I only say 4/5 because 5/5 is rediculous due to my own stupidity. I need to think before I react.

All I have to say is that I am a high leveled player (135 combat 2136 totals) If you want to make all players happy fix a few of the little mistakes nothing huge but things like this is just stupid.... post if you agree with me

im not too sure about altering the item specifically, i think its seen more as an extra handy tool than a use all the time item, so maybe is slightly over priced.

But i 100% agree with an exchange option that maybe allows you to get around 4/5 or some rate which isn't too harsh on your hard earnt tokens - to be implied for every item in the store. except prayer's and scroll of life, seeing as they are more ability's than items

Ya I would be completely content if it was arond 5-10k tokens but 34k for the uselessness isn't worth it but I agree with you on the other items thx for your post


edit: I am maxed 99atk str def hp magic range ... a hellhound task of 200 takes around 1 to 1� hrs woopy do I obtained 800xp im so hardcore -.-.

I support. I don't have this item myself, but I think this is ridiculous, too.
I always thought it would be an awesome item, but it's completely useless.

So what you're saying is that you bought an expensive item without doing ANY research or ANY calculations beforehand and you want to be refunded for your complete lack of attention to what you were buying? Let's just say I don't support this, to put it mildly.

At any rate, I think the bonecrusher is a fantastically useful item. Not because of the prayer experience (because the prayer experience is terrible) but because it removes junk drops (i.e. bones) from the floor and allows you to see the good drops more easily. That alone makes it worth it in my view.

Well if you don't think it's worth it, you shouldn't have bought it. It's your fault that you bought it without doing any research, not Jagex's.
