starting on the 2nd, ending on the 5th, and the 6th is an extra day 2 parades, one at the end, one at the begainning cake and b football b with lady bug 117 are in charge of mapping the routes for the parades various people are responsible to let other cc's and there own know about the next meeting various people are in charge of making a little promo vid for utube for us all to take and over promo. a thread will be opened to discuss this topic further next meeting: choosing the events and on what days, so think hard. one week from today, same time. |

Thanks for the great meeting everyone.
 And to Cake and S5 for creating this and providing the meeting summary. Don't worry if you couldn't make it. We are having another meeting to talk about the events next week. If you cant make that one either then be sure to pass any ideas you have to someone who will be there. Unless there are any objections, can we please have someone post the list of players who attended the last meeting, when you have time. It can just help if anyone needs to find someone to pass along info. Use this thread to post any notes, or say if you cant or can make it. Can even use it to provide updates for any planning you have been assigned. See you next week *upstairs* in Seers pub. (there is even a piano there! )
