Many of us have seen this in all Forums.
Players seem to create threads in the wrong Forums. While creating a new thread, some players don't know or don't notice where is their thread going in. I suggest that Jagex should make a little Foot-note in the side in "Add a New Thread" showing where is their thread going in. Also, the Foot-note should show the "Specific Rules" list since a lot of Players don't seem to read the "Specific Rules". |

Hmm, not a bad idea. I don't quite understand where this new information would be shown, but it would be a nice way to cut back on a few misplaced threads.

Possibly an "Are you sure?" button could come up, with a list of what should and should not be posted in that specific Forum. That would also cut down on people who plan to Mass-Spam and they have to say 'Yes' to the "Are you sure?" button and scroll down and click the 'I Understand' button at the bottom of what should and what should not be posted in each Forum.

Hm, I like it!
Perhaps having the Forum Specific Rules link shown near the bottem or top ofthe Add a Thread. I also like Gcube's idea about the confirmation screen it wouldn;t be hindersome except to spammers!
