This is a mini-game directed on being able to ride a Mount (as players have always wanted to do) and to be able to train your Ranged, Magic and Prayer skills. Mount Mayhem is a mini-game where you will be riding around on a Mount (of your choice) and versing other players. Read below to find out more about the Mount Mayhem mini-game.

To start off you will need at least 10k.

For such a big mini-game like this its going to take up a lot of space. I would suggest that Jagex re-do Tutorial Island for it. Since Tutorial Island is no longer used for the tutorial anymore, I think it would be the perfect location for this mini-game. To get to the island (if it was to be used), you would probably need to take a boat from the southern shoreline of Lumbridge Swamp.

To get started take a free boat trip from the southern shoreline of Lumbridge Swamp to the Mount Mayhem island where the mini-game is held. Talk to Kale (he is kinda like the Mount Mayhem tutor) to get started. He will then show you a list of Mounts. This is the list so far:

-Cow (COSTS 10K)
-Unicorn (COSTS 10K)
-Wolf (COSTS 10K)
-Larupia (COSTS 10K)
-Terrorbird (COSTS 10K)
-Dragon (REQUIRES 90+ COMBAT & COSTS 100K)

Each Mount is worth 10k (10,000gp) each except for the dragon, which is priced at 100k (100,000gp). When you first get any Mount it will be level 1. Although when you earn tokens throughout the game you will be able to level it up all the way to level 10.

Once you have yourself a Mount you can go into the waiting room. The waiting room can be accessed by entering the Yellow Portal. Each game will last for 20 minutes each and there is a 5 minute waiting time between each game.

NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY OWN 1 MOUNT AT A TIME!

NOTE: THE DRAGON NEEDED A COMBAT REQUIREMENT OTHERWISE EVERY PLAYER WOULD CHOOSE DRAGONS!

One your are in the game, you will be on the Battlefield, you can now start earning yourself points. While you are in the game you must stay on your Mount. The only way to get off your Mount is to exit the Battlefield through the Yellow Portal.

Use your Ranged, Mage and Prayer skills to attack other players. The objective of this game is to kill as many players as you can without dying. When you die it is game over for you. You will only get Points based on whoever you killed.

Also, when you get closer to other players, you can use your Mount to attack as well. A Mount will always start off with only 1 attack, which is 'Ram'. As you earn more Points you will be able to buy new attacks for your Mount, as well as special armor to boost your Mounts Defense bonuses.

Whenever you kill a player, you will get +1 on your kill count in the bottom right corner of the screen. The more players you kill before dying, the more Points you will receive.

Try to stay alive until the end of the game to get a much better reward.

For every player you kill within Mount Mayhem you will receive 1 Point. For example, if you kill 30 players you will receive 30 Points. If you die within the game it will end instantly for you. But if you manage to survive for the whole game without dying, your points will double! So if you killed 30 players, you will receive 60 Points! Points can be used to buy your Mount attacks/armor/levels, clothing, experience, etc.

Now that you have earned some Points, you can buy some rewards! You can buy rewards from Kale. Here is a list of the rewards you can buy that I have came up with so far:

50 Points - Upgrade to Level 2.
100 Points - Upgrade to Level 3. (REQUIRES LEVEL 2)
500 Points - Upgrade to Level 4. (REQUIRES LEVEL 3)
1,000 Points - Upgrade to Level 5. (REQUIRES LEVEL 4)
2,500 Points - Upgrade to Level 6. (REQUIRES LEVEL 5)
5,000 Points - Upgrade to Level 7. (REQUIRES LEVEL 6)
7,500 Points - Upgrade to Level 8. (REQUIRES LEVEL 7)
10,000 Points - Upgrade to Level 9. (REQUIRES LEVEL 8)
15,000 Points - Upgrade to Level 10. (REQUIRES LEVEL 9)

For rewards i think there sould be the usual xp reward as well as the ability to have these as pets(with the right summoning level) all so i think that if your the last surviving player you sould have the option of fighting an extreamly powerfull monster or black knight on a horsback or something to doble your points or if you lose ageinst this monster lose all your points(even points from previous rounds) Ill get back on the rewards thing tough

seems like you put a lot into this idea, and I think it sounds fun. Ide love to try something similar to this as a minigame.
