ok let me tell you guys something i didnt know about this at first but some1 said its bug abuse just want to know this...

i was using prayer cap and i did cape emote so while i was in air with wings i tried to teleport and its look like i flew into air (looks awesome) so just want to know is that bug abuse? if not then its cool

i think it can only be reported bug abuse if you gain some kind of advantage or money from it.
