Hi there,

Seven months ago I encountered an issue regarding the moderator section of the forums. Being a good person and wanting fair play for everybody, I brought the issue up to Jagex and pushed for them to fix the issue. What does Jagex do? They banned me for "spamming the forums".

Naturally like most players, I appeal my "offense" and also run into another problem: the reply to my appeal was irrevelant to the issue at hand. By that I mean, the "offense" where I was "spamming" was replied to with a pre-fabricated reply directed to an account that had be hacked. Now how is that revelant to a spamming offense Jagex?

Now I would like Jagex to fix this issue promply. They don't have to spend much time doing so either. My suggestion to ending such an issue is to create more pre-fabricated messages so that customer support can give revelant explanations as to why their appeals to their offense was denied.

I figured I'd give this a shot but I bet this thread will be passed over in favor of implementing feedback to a billing issue rather customer support. :|

Uhh. Getting banned for spamming either got a LOT harder or you were spamming. As to the reports a response can be pre fabricated and not be a bot on the other end.

What do you mean by it getting "...a LOT harder"?

And yes I know that it can possibly not be a bot on the other end but after all is said and done, pre-fabricated messages are always used so they should still use more revelant messages.

Uhh ive seen spammers come back and back and back with no harm done to them at all. with like massive spam THEN finally got banned.

Oh I understand. Yeah, note that I had encountered an issue on their moderator forums. Think how many times they want that being posted...
