I will just start out by saying i was wrongfully banned in

February of 2010. My account was taken over and advertised

websites and then the hi-jackers sent in appeals. i had

gotten a second chance to appeal and did so successfully.

the offense was quashed and was taken off. The weird thing

is that the hi-jacker had gotten an offense, then a couple

days later AFTER it had been banned, it received ANOTHER

offense when it was already banned. I have just recently

decided to come back to runescape and was wondering if a

Jagex mod would take a extra look at my account. After i

sent in my appeal, the first offense was quashed but the

second one wasn't; the one that was put on AFTER it had

already gotten banned which meant it was also from the

hi-jacker yet i am still banned. I'd be very appreciative

if a j-mod could look at my account once more.

Ahh, that offence is probably the worst to be charged with.

However, luckily, I believe you have been unbanned because jagex does believe you were hacked. The second offence is the obvious move by a hacker and hence you might find yourself scot free.

well yah, i mean they added the second offence AFTER the hi-jacker had gotten it banned. it was banned when they added the second offence + the hi-jacker used my first appeal
