About three months ago I started playing Runescape again on my main account, Bored boy502. I played members a bit then canceled and stopped playing. I tried logging in like a month later and it said my ******** was wrong. I know it was the right ******** and I entered it correctly. So I did the account recovery. It got accepted and I immediately tried logging in and my ******** was wrong again. I waited a while and tried again, still wrong. So I recovered again, same thing happens. I did the unlock account, recover account, recover forgotten ******** each a couple times. And the ******** was still wrong each time. Nobody else knows me in this game so they don't have my info. Even if they did there wasn't enough time to recover the ******** in between my attempts of logging in after my recoveries got accepted. I tried this from different computers. I know none of them have viruses or keyloggers because I'm not stupid enough to get one. And I come here seeking help from a Mod preferably. I don't want any responses telling me to run a virus scan. It would be very helpful if you could give me a way of contacting Jagex if that's needed.

well man i odnt know sense you eliminated someof the things id tell you but i can only support you man i wish you the best of luck man im sorry ill try my best to look farther into htis ill be back with more info and insites ok in the forums you can use contact us but mod kat is on this forum usually i believe she might see this post and be able to help you

have you tried the "Recover pass.word" section? I think that is the only was to get a new pass.

Home > Account Management > Recover Pass

You will be given information on what you must do in-order to change your pass, if you follow the information you should be able to change it.
