On June 24th, I'm moving from the United States to Lahti, Finland. It's because my parents have relatives there and they don't like the way things are in America economically and healthcare-wise. I already know some Finnish but I figured, why not tell Runescape-Suomi! So, all my fellow Finns, here I come. Varo!

all i can say, Finland is very clean country compared to USA. Because we have less cars and therefore less pollution. You'll be enjoying your time here!

Also here is also massive amount of lakes to swim in. And sauna, what is awesome way to wash. In fact, while writing this post i just came from sauna!

About Finnish, i can say it's very difficult language. Especially spelling. If you can say ''Alavilla mailla hallanvaara'' perfectly in finnish, you are really good. Altho finns say the words exactly how they write them. That makes reading finnish while talking easier.

I believe the apartment complex I'm moving into has a sauna or three. But I've been speaking Finnish at home with my mom and with my family, so hopefully I'll be better by the time I move there. I can't wait to move. If there is anything, a cool fact or something, you want to share with me, or a cultural tip (like the sauna tip), please share with me. Help me out fellow Finns! I'd like to hear what you think about finland when you come, so be sure to write here As you're soon a finn, you must eat alot of rye bread and salty liquorice And how does it feel, that you wont be allowed to drive a car until you turn 18(unless you already are 18)?

One thing you should be aware of: playing Runescape is not too repected here:( Especially among the younger people. Everyone plays wargames, such as counter strike.

I'm moving on June 24th. And I hate both rye bread and SALTY licorice. That just sounds awful. Maybe some Twizzlers (unless they don't have those in Finland.) It's all good. It should be some fun. I'm moving to Lahti, and I guess it's always a little cooler there and a little more rainy. Nothing a sauna can't fix.
