1. How does the real-time bank transfer method work?
Real-time bank transfers are precisely that! When you complete your payment, the cash will be removed from your bank account and paid directly to us.
2. What countries is this payment method available in?
Real-time bank transfers are available in the following countries:
- United Kingdom (DIRECTebanking.com)
- Germany (Giropay and Sofort�berweisung)
- Netherlands (iDEAL)
3. How secure is this payment method?
The bank transfer service provider uses a massive variety of anti-fraud measures to secure your information and prevent other people from using their service with your bank details.
4. How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the number of months' membership you choose to purchase.
5. How do I subscribe or make a one-off payment?
Select 'Upgrade Your Account' on the RuneScape front page (under the 'Account' drop-down menu) and select the prompts for using the real-time bank transfer method.

6. How do I unsubscribe?
All payments are one-off, non-recurring payments, so there is no need to unsubscribe from any service.
7. How long will it take for my membership to start?

13. How many payments will be taken?
Only one payment will be taken if you subscribe using real-time bank transfers.
