When you ice barrage at a distance, in old runescape it would still hold the player for 20seconds, however now when you icebarrage at a distance the ice-cube animation will show, however the player will not be ice-barraged, this stupid glitch needs to be sorted out right now as its pathetic that the icebarrage does not hold for 20seconds, but 1 second...

100% agree iv been noticing that when i ice barrage for a distance (or hell even from close and then run to cast from further away they get set free from my bind) so honestlly whats the point of ice barrage when it dosnt hold unless ur in a certain range of the opponent fix!

ive never seen barrage hold for 20 seconds.

thanks guys, i hope they now actually look at complains and actually fix their game.

After someone has broken out of the freezing effect of Ice Barrage, they will be immune from being frozen for up to 4 seconds.

dude im not the only one? it annoeys me even when i first cast ice barrage on a person i see the damage it damages the person but they dont freeze takes me like 5 casts to freeze them with damage happening.

To get it fixed, you have more chance on on the technical support forums

I've tested barrage to only last 5.892137465018976541083276549012348689032654 seconds instead of 19.8-20.4 (due to game ticks.) Total support!!

The only reason yours lasted only 1.129036548471 seconds is because you either:

A) Cast as they ran more than 10 squares away (which removes holding spells.)
B) Cast during their immunity time (which lasts 5 seconds after a holding spell has worn off.)

And I guess I'll have to stay out of pvp/wars till this is fixed well done jagex.
