Jagex MOTTO:If its not broken then lets fix it until it breaks.

With the new update involving the changes of the skillcapes and their emotes. I would have to say that Quest cape has been ruined.

While doing the Quest Love Story I noticed how patheitc the Wise old man looked while doing the quest emote!
"Like a Little sissy old man twirling in the air"

The original was better because you would actaully float in the air and spin around showing the players the epicness of your deeds.

Now it looks like you are being humped by the air while dust falls of from the sky.

Quest Cape is "ONE" of the hardest skill capes to get and should be treated with respect!
Examples
-More then 13 million experience needed
-Hours of Puzzles
-Recent Quests need to be completed
-Bosses like Nomad and Corp Beast

If you are a quester and think this emote should be changed where you actaully spin in the air please support!!

On a more positive note:The particles look really cool when used for these emotes!

Also no spaming that quest cape isnt a skill cape!

"I can't say I like the new emote more, before you kinda stepped around to fight the lightning = there was more wind that blew your cape around. & when you flew you had one arm in the air, like you were actually in control.

Now it's as if your character's tired. Along come some magic force, you look up.
'Oh that looks pretty, so I'll jsut stand here and stare at it? what, you expect me to dance? I'm too lazy.'

"I'm pretty sure as well, if two people started RuneScape at exactly the same time, one was going for 99 RuneCrafting, One for 99 Slayer and one for the quest cape.

The quest cape would take the longest, we just don't realise it, as we mainly do quests every now and again and don't try for it. Getting all the stats up and doing the quests would take just as long, if not longer, than pretty much every skill. (If you put the same time into it, and ONLY did that skill).

"I think for the quest cape and all other capes that you should be able to do the "new emote" and the "old emote". Like you can right click it to auto-do new or old and if you left click it you do the one you auto'd."

the quest cape isnt a skillcape.


What is your level in questing?

Lol at you, quest cape is NOT one of the hardest, not even close.... You have No skillcapes anyways so why should you know whats hard...

Please do not spam my thread.
You have to keep doing quests to keep the cape.
So its on of the harder ones to earn.
Also considering that the total experience needed for the minimum requirements for a quest cape is more then a 99 skill
