Anyway, I am having trouble with longswords. I completed the Gobul quest and the black smith guy told me about the longsword tablet he got from the Argosy captain. And then he said to bring him materials so he could make one for me. But the problem is, when I open the forging menu, go to weapons, then choose longswords, nothing shows up! Could someone help me and tell me what I REALLY need to do to unlock longswords?

Guys I know how awesome Mod Seven is to you (she seems like a cool person), but this is a Monster Hunter 3 thread, not a Mod Seven fan club! It looks like you guys dug through the forums to find a thread where she posted so you could talk to her... lol.
