Okay, my old thread got pushed off because of this climbing boots thing so I am going make a new thread to not let this issue die off.

And can no Player Mod move this, because this is still a recent update and something that needs to be fixed.

When the New Castle Wars update came in Mod Tim said that they made the tickets that players already had count as one game played for each ticket they had, but there was a mess up. Mod Tim said that the Castle Wars armour in your PoH also counted, but the armour in your Hall on your armour stands did not count. I had full silver and blue trim set that was not counted that was worth about 200 tickets that were not counted. So now it shows that I have only played about 35 games, yet I have over 200 tickets.


It does not end there, there are also people who had full gold sets set up on their armour stands and some even had more then one gold set in their PoH Halls. Now that is thousands of tickets not counted!


Why am I making this thread? Because it has been over a MONTH and we have had NO REPLY from Jagex AT ALL. It is a simple fact that Mod Tim said that the tickets would count and they did not and now Jagex is pushing it under the rug as if it never happened by ignoring it.

To get this request started again it would be helpful if everyone who was affected by this could show their support.

I said I would not let this issue die, and I meant it! I want what Jagex said they would do, I want those games I played!!!

Also there was a cons bug before which amde people duplicate the decorative armours. that means people could have several k's of tickets. the game played are based on tickets which means some have cheated the way on the hi-scores.

But the ones who had their armour on the armour stand and missed out on all their tickets being counted had no armour or tickets in their bank.

I did not cheat and the ones I talked to never used this bug.

I support I never really got into Castle Wars, but if people got cheated out of tickets I'll support them getting them back!

This same buy happened to me, it still says I've played around 36 games, yet I have over 400 tickets..

I sent in a few bug reports, but of course Jagex does nothing.

It could be the fact that i had cw Armour in my house at the time of the update...

I had the blue-white armor mounted in my stand for months prior to this update, and when the update came I noticed the mounted armor changed, seeing I had enough tickets for the Faithful shield I un-mounted the armor and purchased the shield, in the process noticing some of the prices changed around a bit (I was able to sell the my old shield for 60 tickets when it costs 40, after purchasing another shield it sells for 40), I was curious about the # of games capes so I tried buying one and it said I only had 17 games , yet I have 202 tickets.

I was going to ask about this myself, but it was good that I did a search!

Not an answer after a month? Oh dear...
