Climbing boots protect over firecape, and that sucks!

That's what you get when Jagex increase the alch value of items

yea... stupid stuff happens when u let mod marky mark control things. btw still waiting for my bronze nails to be 50k ea.

id love 50k each bronze nails...free money...but think of the price of bronze bars

I said this on the day of the update already that the whole point of Climbing boots was that you COULD just take them anywhere and if you'd die - you'd lose some 12 coins.

Now, you CANNOT take Climbing boots unless you really know what you're doing: it protects over so many high-priced, valuable and difficult-to-obtain items that they are no longer useful at all for the majority of players.

You'll luse stuff like the Firecape, Obby Cape, Obby Shield, Obby weapons, heck even the Granite Maul - and I'm sure that a "pure" would rather lose A HUNDRED climbing boots pre-patch than lose one of these. Well, no longer.

An item which can be bought ANY TIME IN INFINITE QUANTITIES for 75k protects over items which take skill, time and effort to obtain (Firecape) or items costing hundreds of thousands of coins.

But in Ja-Ja-Land, this all makes sense. Riiite...
