we propose for our war the following rules based upon the rules made by jagex when creating this cup <br> <br> <br>Fights to be held in P2P 'safe' Clan Wars <br>There is no player cap <br>There is no returning <br>The match must be arranged, and played, before the round's deadline. <br>Arranging the games and the results must be posted in the Jagex Cup forum. <br>No one can enter the arena who is not on your memberlist or has over 45 Defence. <br>Any disputes should be made in writing within 24 hours of the finish of the fight in the Jagex Cup Management thread. <br> <br>All styles <br>Clan Wars 'Classic' map (No portal hugging) <br>No corrupt or Dungeoneering items <br>The team that spawns from the north attacks <br> <br>The fight will take place Sunday 18th July, 9pm Gmt start, world 71 (world we are happy yo negotiate). <br> <br>We are leaving the option of one round and go with the default rule of attack/defend open to negotiation as we dont mind having three rounds to this war of attack, defend and run in. <br> <br>We feel a p2p war would be much better than f2p as both clan have 90% or more of their ml with membership, also Fi seem to have the advantage as they have access to ancient curses whereas Foe do not. Should be an epic battle.

This has been thoroughly discussed between clan leaders, and this was not agreed upon whatsoever. <br> <br>P2P is completely unfair to our clan, contrary to what was posted on this thread. Both Final Ownage Elite and Fatality have been rival clans for years, and currently Foe is #1 P2P and Fatality is #3. Foe pulling 90 members just this past Sunday P2P, Fatality only pulling in the mid 50's that same day P2P. In F2P we're both tied for #2 with both clans pulling around 60 this past Saturday F2P, and sustaining near equal organization each week. <br> <br>The fact is F2P is much more fair. Our feelings being this way may seem as though we are not open for negotiation, but Foe are the exact same way about F2P. Fatality's chance of winning a P2P war are almost zero against Foe seeing as how they have been #1 P2P for years without us beating them once in months, but Foe holds an equal chance to beat us in F2P with us trading wins/losses weekly. I hope you understand our position. <br> <br>Thank you.

In f2p you will have a large amount of members who are able to wear armour such as adamant, not sure if that is the highest you have on your ml at the moment either, whereas foe have nobody the highest we can wear is mithril. As this is meant to be a pure fight regardless of Jagex labelling pure as 45 defence we all know pure is really 1-20 preferably 1-10. We would be happier to maybe consider fighting Fi in f2p is a defence armour cap can be put in place limiting both clans to wearing one defence armour, 10 defence at the very most. In f2p defence levels and the armour you wear makes a huge difference to what pures can hit with their bows and scims, whereas in p2p the difference is minimal apart from the use of new curses ofcourse. <br> <br>We would prefer p2p obviously as we are a p2p based clan and its what the members prefer. However, if fair and sensible rules can be established we may do f2p.

Both of our clans accept 20 defense or less, and we would be happy to accept a 20 defense armor cap. This makes it 100% fair. <br> <br>As you stated earlier, we both are 20 defence clans and warring in F2P means all members that wish to take part from both clans can, whilst some will be left out if it happens on a P2P server.

Foe still believe as both clans signed up as p2p and f2p and seen as though both clans ahve had many competative fights in p2p that we should do it in p2p. <br> <br>However, for the sake of getting a fight for this tournament and for our members we approached the Fi leader and said we would be willing to give in and negotiate a f2p war. However, they somehwat agreed to 10 defence cap but then have just ignored us and have made no effort to set a date or time, or even negotiate or arrange this war. Incase you did not pick out the new rules we offered Fi at our disadvantage (not p2p) for the sake of trying to get some negotiation going, this is what we declared. <br> <br>F2p full out <br>10 defence armour cap (the pure default from past wars) <br>3 rounds on the classic map (attack/defend/run in) <br>Corrupt off <br>Dungeon off <br>Memberlist members only, no FA, intros or apps. <br>We did declare for saturday the 10th but seen as though we have been ignored would have to be the 17th now.
