List "Purple AdBlock"

Browse Source 
- Unlist `video-swap` as it a isn't very suitable solution.
- Unlist `proxy-m3u8` as it has pointed to a dead proxy for a while.
- Provide old version of `notify-strip` due to audio desync / midroll freezing issues.
