Code review & other tweaks to .md cleanups:

- add top heading to CONTRIBUTE
- reorder some bullet lists
- fix missing word
- further softer the 'try out Brackets' wording
- add another link to How to Hack on Brackets
- make "Ways to Contribute" list more consistently bolded
