649f7b144d Replace SFML with SDL2
This entirely replaces all remaining SFML pieces with SDL2 and
brings OpenRW up to OpenGL 3.3

5721333fb0 Overhaul script text display with new text logic system.
Logic for displaying text now belongs in ScreenText, which will
handle type specific text display.

* Fix VM Global Addressing
