Add json-prune-fetch-response scriptlet

As per request from filter list maintainers.

Usage:

  ...##+js(json-prune-fetch-response, prune paths [, needle paths [, ...varargs ]])

See `json-prune` scriptlet for usage.

Possible variable arguments:

  ..., log, [match | nomatch | all]
  ..., propsToMatch, [see prevent-xhr]
