This allows to reduce the horizontal size of the gutter; more efficient management of folding since we already need to parse each line for the linter; and eventually this will also allows to detect unbalanced !#if-!#endif directives and report such cases as errors. See: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Advanced-settings#filterauthormode The purpose is for filter list maintainers to easily access the source code of web pages when investigating filter issues, without having to necessarily go through the logger. This commit is a rewrite of the static filtering parser into a tree-based data structure, for easier maintenance and better abstraction of parsed filters. This simplifies greatly syntax coloring of filters and also simplify extending filter syntax.
