Move orphanizeString() into text-utils module
Another small step toward the goal of reducing dependency
on `µb`.

Related issue:
- https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uBlock-issues/issues/1664

text-iterators module has been renamed text-utils to better
reflect its content.
