_Allow_ rules will also be available when the advanced setting [`filterAuthorMode`](#filterauthormode) is set to `true`.
The ability to point-and-click to create _allow_ rules from the popup panel is no longer allowed by default. See [commit message](https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/commit/162e53727099ccb0a088cc1399915fb23d9b4fec) for reasoning.
