Reorganize llvmc code. Move the code from 'llvmc/driver' into a new CompilerDriver library, and change the build system accordingly. Makes it easier for projects using LLVM to build their own llvmc-based drivers. Add first proof-of-concept universal compiler driver framework based on ideas mentioned in PR686. Written by Mikhail Glushenkov and contributed by Codedgers, Inc. Old llvmc will be removed soon after new one will have all its properties. llvm-svn: 48699 2008-03-23 09:57:20 +01:00			`//`

Move code from Main.cpp to the include dir. User drivers based on llvmc must all share the initialization code.
