Revert "[ScalarEvolution] Make getMinusSCEV() fail for unrelated pointers."
This reverts commit 74d6ce5d5f169e9cf3fac0eb1042602e286dd2b9. Seeing crashes on buildbots in MemoryDepChecker::isDependent.
