Revert "[DWARF] - Make collectAddressRanges() return section index in addition to Low/High PC"

Broked BB again:

TEST 'LLVM :: DebugInfo/X86/dbg-value-regmask-clobber.ll' FAILED

LLVM ERROR: Section was outside of section table.
