Add nodes for CondCodeSDNode and setcc, and add a bunch of pattern fragments
to make it easy to use them. This lets you write patterns like: (set PRRC:$rd, (setne GPRC:$rS, imm:$SH)) and stuff. llvm-svn: 24009
