e12de24e43 IR: Rename Argument::hasPassPointeeByValueAttr to prepare for byref
When the byref attribute is added, there will need to be two similar
functions for the existing cases which have an associate value copy,
and byref which does not. Most, but not all of the existing uses will
use the existing version.

The associated size function added by D82679 also needs to
contextually differ, and will help eliminate a few places still
relying on pointee element types.

ae65e281f3 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

f6c9646a94 Change the objc ARC optimizer to use the new objc.* intrinsics
We're moving ARC optimisation and ARC emission in clang away from runtime methods
and towards intrinsics. This is the part which actually uses the intrinsics in the ARC
optimizer when both analyzing the existing calls and emitting new ones.

09b5b54897 ProvenanceAnalysis: Store WeakTrackingVH instead of Value* in UnderlyingValue Cache.
Summary:
Since the value stored in the cache might be deleted or replaced with
something else, we need to use tracking ValueHandlers instead of plain
Value pointers. It was discovered in one of internal builds, and
unfortunately there is no small reproducer for the issue.

The cache was introduced in rL327328.

076a6683eb Remove \brief commands from doxygen comments.
We've been running doxygen with the autobrief option for a couple of
years now. This makes the \brief markers into our comments
redundant. Since they are a visual distraction and we don't want to
encourage more \brief markers in new code either, this patch removes
them all.

Patch produced by

  for i in $(git grep -l '\\brief'); do perl -pi -e 's/\\brief //g' $i & done

074a79622f Improve caching scheme in ProvenanceAnalysis.
Summary:
ProvenanceAnalysis::related(A, B) currently memoizes its results, and on big
tests the cache grows too large, and we're spending most of the time
growing/looking through DenseMap.

This patch reduces the size of the cache by normalizing keys first: we do that
by calling GetUnderlyingObjCPtr on the input values. The results of
GetUnderlyingObjCPtr are also memoized in a separate cache.

The patch doesn't bring noticable changes to compile time on CTMark, however
significantly helps one of our internal tests.

eb66b33867 Sort the remaining #include lines in include/... and lib/....
I did this a long time ago with a janky python script, but now
clang-format has built-in support for this. I fed clang-format every
line with a #include and let it re-sort things according to the precise
LLVM rules for include ordering baked into clang-format these days.

I've reverted a number of files where the results of sorting includes
isn't healthy. Either places where we have legacy code relying on
particular include ordering (where possible, I'll fix these separately)
or where we have particular formatting around #include lines that
I didn't want to disturb in this patch.

This patch is *entirely* mechanical. If you get merge conflicts or
anything, just ignore the changes in this patch and run clang-format
over your #include lines in the files.

Sorry for any noise here, but it is important to keep these things
stable. I was seeing an increasing number of patches with irrelevant
re-ordering of #include lines because clang-format was used. This patch
at least isolates that churn, makes it easy to skip when resolving
conflicts, and gets us to a clean baseline (again).

02db7c55a3 Add support for objc_unsafeClaimAutoreleasedReturnValue to the
ObjC ARC Optimizer.

The main implication of this is:

1. Ensuring that we treat it conservatively in terms of optimization.
2. We put the ASM marker on it so that the runtime can recognize
objc_unsafeClaimAutoreleasedReturnValue from releaseRV.

e93d4cc138 [ARC] Pull the ObjC ARC components that really serve the role of
analyses into LLVM's Analysis library rather than having them in
a Transforms library.

This is motivated by the need to have the core AliasAnalysis
infrastructure be aware of the ObjCARCAliasAnalysis. However, it also
seems like a nice and clean separation. Everything was very easy to move
and this doesn't create much clutter in the analysis library IMO.
