93c48d55ce [ConstnatFolding] Teach the folder how to fold ConstantVector
A ConstantVector can have ConstantExpr operands and vice versa.
However, the folder had no ability to fold ConstantVectors which, in
some cases, was an optimization barrier.

Instead, rephrase the folder in terms of Constants instead of
ConstantExprs and teach callers how to deal with failure.

b6f334a5b3 [NVPTX] Force minimum alignment of 4 for byval arguments of device-side functions.
Taking address of a byval variable in PTX is legal, but currently runs
into miscompilation by ptxas on sm_50+ (NVIDIA issue 1789042).
Work around the issue by enforcing minimum alignment on byval arguments
of device functions.

The change is a no-op on SASS level for sm_3x where ptxas already aligns
local copy by at least 4.

da537cb806 IR: Introduce ConstantAggregate, NFC
Add a common parent class for ConstantArray, ConstantVector, and
ConstantStruct called ConstantAggregate. These are the aggregate
subclasses of Constant that take operands.

This is mainly a cleanup, adding common `isa` target and removing
duplicated code. However, it also simplifies caching which constants
point transitively at `GlobalValue` (a possible future direction).

76e470d26f Move most user of TargetMachine::getDataLayout to the Module one
Summary:
This change is part of a series of commits dedicated to have a single
DataLayout during compilation by using always the one owned by the
module.

This patch is quite boring overall, except for some uglyness in
ASMPrinter which has a getDataLayout function but has some clients
that use it without a Module (llmv-dsymutil, llvm-dwarfdump), so
some methods are taking a DataLayout as parameter.

1e229d55ce The constant initialization for globals in NVPTX is generated as an
array of bytes. The generation of this byte arrays was expecting
the host to be little endian, which prevents big endian hosts to be
used in the generation of the PTX code. This patch fixes the
problem by changing the way the bytes are extracted so that it
works for either little and big endian.

09b5c9c24d IR: Give 'DI' prefix to debug info metadata
Finish off PR23080 by renaming the debug info IR constructs from `MD*`
to `DI*`. The last of the `DIDescriptor` classes were deleted in
r235356, and the last of the related typedefs removed in r235413, so
this has all baked for about a week.

Note: If you have out-of-tree code (like a frontend), I recommend that
you get everything compiling and tests passing with the *previous*
commit before updating to this one. It'll be easier to keep track of
what code is using the `DIDescriptor` hierarchy and what you've already
updated, and I think you're extremely unlikely to insert bugs. YMMV of
course.

Back to *this* commit: I did this using the rename-md-di-nodes.sh
upgrade script I've attached to PR23080 (both code and testcases) and
filtered through clang-format-diff.py. I edited the tests for
test/Assembler/invalid-generic-debug-node-*.ll by hand since the columns
were off-by-three. It should work on your out-of-tree testcases (and
code, if you've followed the advice in the previous paragraph).

Some of the tests are in badly named files now (e.g.,
test/Assembler/invalid-mdcompositetype-missing-tag.ll should be
'dicompositetype'); I'll come back and move the files in a follow-up
commit.
