Nodes that had children outside of the post dominator tree (infinite loops)
where removed from the post dominator tree. This seems to be wrong. Leave them
in the tree.

input filename so that opt doesn't print the input filename in the
output so that grep lines in the tests don't unintentionally match
strings in the input filename.
