7202acacf7 Check if a block has a terminator first before calling front() on 
it. If a block has a terminator then it is certainly non-empty so the
verifier will not crash on it.

b9e38d3cc5 Make ReturnInst accept a value of type void as the return value. The 
ReturnInst constructed is the same as if NULL was passed instead of
