a62270de2c Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."" 
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

As it's causing some bot failures (and per request from kbarton).

7ecbe8117c isKnownNonNull needs to consider globals in non-zero address spaces. 
Globals in address spaces other than one may have 0 as a valid address,
so we should not assume that they can be null.
