601cf9f2c4 [llvm-readobj] Switch command line parsing from llvm::cl to OptTable
Users should generally observe no difference as long as they don't use
unintended option forms. Behavior changes:

* `-t=d` is removed. Use `-t d` instead.
* `--demangle=false` and `--demangle=0` cannot be used. Omit the option or use `--no-demangle`. Other flag-style options don't have `--no-` forms.
* `--help-list` is removed. This is a `cl::` specific option.
* llvm-readobj now supports grouped short options as well.
* `--color` is removed. This is generally not useful (only apply to errors/warnings) but was inherited from Support.

Some adjustment to the canonical forms
(usually from GNU readelf; currently llvm-readobj has too many redundant aliases):

* --dyn-syms is canonical. --dyn-symbols is a hidden alias
* --file-header is canonical. --file-headers is a hidden alias
* --histogram is canonical. --elf-hash-histogram is a hidden alias
* --relocs is canonical. --relocations is a hidden alias
* --section-groups is canonical. --elf-section-groups is a hidden alias

OptTable avoids global option collision if we decide to support multiplexing for binary utilities.

* Most one-dash long options are still supported. `-dt, -sd, -st, -sr` are dropped due to their conflict with grouped short options.
* `--section-mapping=false` (D57365) is strange but is kept for now.
* Many `cl::opt` variables were unnecessarily external. I added `static` whenever appropriate.

8c2f634996 [SystemZ][z/OS] Add the functions needed for handling EBCDIC I/O
This patch adds the basic functions needed for controlling auto conversion on z/OS.
Auto conversion is enabled on untagged input file to ASCII by making the assumption that all untagged files are EBCDIC encoded. Output files are auto converted to EBCDIC IBM-1047.
This change also enables conversion for stdin/stdout/stderr.

691c156cc8 [llvm-objdump] Switch command-line parsing from llvm::cl to OptTable
This is similar to D83530, but for llvm-objdump.

The motivation is the desire to add an `llvm-otool` symlink to
llvm-objdump that behaves like macOS's `otool`, using the same
technique the at llvm-objcopy uses to behave like `strip` (etc).

This change for the most part preserves behavior. In some cases,
it increases compatibility with GNU objdump a bit. For example,
the long options now require two dashes, and the long options
taking arguments for the most part now require a `=` in front
of the value. Exceptions are flags where tests passed the
value separately, for these the separate form is kept as
an alias to the = form.

The one-letter short form args are now joined or separate
and long longer accept a =, which also matches GNU objdump.

cl::opt<>s in libraries now have to be explicitly plumbed
through. This patch does that for --x86-asm-syntax=, but
there's hope that we can remove that again.

813a9c4567 On Windows, handle interrupt signals without crash message
For LLVM on *nix systems, the signal handlers are not run on signals
such as SIGINT due to CTRL-C. See sys::CleanupOnSignal. This makes
sense, as such signals are not really crashes. Prior to this change,
this wasn't the case on Windows, however. This patch changes the Windows
behaviour to be consistent with Linux, and adds testing that verifies
this.

The test uses llvm-symbolizer, but any tool with an interactive mode
would do the job.

Fixes https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45754.

b55867a0ff [llvm-dwarfdump] Remove unnecessary explicit -h behaviour
--help and -h are automatically supported by the command-line parser,
unless overridden by the tool. The behaviour of the PrintHelpMessage
being used for -h prior to this patch is subtly different to that
provided by --help automatically (it omits certain elements of help text
and options, such as --help-list), so overriding the default is not
desirable, without good reason. This patch removes the explicit
specification of -h and its behaviour, so that the default behaviour is
used.

181d6dd617 [CommandLine] Change help output to prefix long options with -- instead of -. NFC . Part 3 of 5
Summary:
By default, `parseCommandLineOptions()` will accept either a
`-` or `--` prefix for long options -- options with names longer than
a single character.

While this change does not affect behavior, it will be helpful with a
subsequent change that requires long options use the `--` prefix.

b2d3b0af04 [llvm-readobj] Change -long-option to --long-option in tests. NFC
We use both -long-option and --long-option in tests. Switch to --long-option for consistency.

In the "llvm-readelf" mode, -long-option is discouraged as it conflicts with grouped short options and it is not accepted by GNU readelf.

While updating the tests, change llvm-readobj -s to llvm-readobj -S to reduce confusion ("s" is --section-headers in llvm-readobj but --symbols in llvm-readelf).

ccefaa7805 [CommandLineParser] Add DefaultOption flag
Summary: Add DefaultOption flag to CommandLineParser which provides a
default option or alias, but allows users to override it for some
other purpose as needed.

Also, add `-h` as a default alias to `-help`, which can be seamlessly
overridden by applications like llvm-objdump and llvm-readobj which
use `-h` as an alias for other options.

(relanding after revert, r358414)
Added DefaultOptions.clear() to reset().
