aa77024491 [ARM] add target arch definitions for 8.1-M and MVE
This adds:
- LLVM subtarget features to make all the new instructions conditional on,
- CPU and FPU names for use on clang's command line, with default FPUs set
  so that "armv8.1-m.main+fp" and "armv8.1-m.main+fp.dp" will select the right
  FPU features,
- architecture extension names "mve" and "mve.fp",
- ABI build attribute support for v8.1-M (a new value for Tag_CPU_arch) and MVE
  (a new actual tag).

a6c650cc82 NFC: Change usage of 'DenseSet' to 'DenseSetImpl' in DenseSetImpl::ConstIterator.
Summary:
Change usage of 'DenseSet' to 'DenseSetImpl' in a friend declaration within DenseSetImpl::ConstIterator. 'ConstIterator' was never updated when DenseSet was split into an impl when adding support for DenseSetImpl.

This fixes build errors on MSVC when forward declaring DenseSet as this friend decl does not declare the template arguments as well.

f3cf3b9c8c [lldb] NFC modernize codebase with modernize-use-nullptr
Summary:
NFC = [[ https://llvm.org/docs/Lexicon.html#nfc | Non functional change ]]

This commit is the result of modernizing the LLDB codebase by using
`nullptr` instread of `0` or `NULL`. See
https://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/checks/modernize-use-nullptr.html
for more information.

This is the command I ran and I to fix and format the code base:

```
run-clang-tidy.py \
	-header-filter='.*' \
	-checks='-*,modernize-use-nullptr' \
	-fix ~/dev/llvm-project/lldb/.* \
	-format \
	-style LLVM \
	-p ~/llvm-builds/debug-ninja-gcc
```

NOTE: There were also changes to `llvm/utils/unittest` but I did not
include them because I felt that maybe this library shall be updated in
isolation somehow.

NOTE: I know this is a rather large commit but it is a nobrainer in most
parts.

6bc5ef5612 [PPC64] Parse -elfv1 -elfv2 when specified on target triple
Summary:
For big-endian powerpc64, the default ABI is ELFv1. OpenPower ABI ELFv2 is supported when -mabi=elfv2 is specified. FreeBSD support for PowerPC64 ELFv2 ABI with LLVM is in progress[1]. This patch adds an alternative way to specify ELFv2 ABI on target triple [2].

The following results are expected:

ELFv1 when using:
-target powerpc64-unknown-freebsd12.0
-target powerpc64-unknown-freebsd12.0 -mabi=elfv1
-target powerpc64-unknown-freebsd12.0-elfv1

af0a7d857e Convert PointerUnion to a variadic template.
Summary:
Rather than duplicating code between PointerUnion, PointerUnion3, and
PointerUnion4 (and missing things from the latter cases, such as some of the
DenseMap support and operator==), convert PointerUnion to a variadic template
that can be used as a union of any number of pointers.

(This doesn't support PointerUnion<> right now. Adding a special case for that
would be possible, and perhaps even useful in some situations, but it doesn't
seem worthwhile until we have a concrete use case.)

ab225e9daf [APSInt][OpenMP] Fix isNegative, etc. for unsigned types
Without this patch, APSInt inherits APInt::isNegative, which merely
checks the sign bit without regard to whether the type is actually
signed. isNonNegative and isStrictlyPositive call isNegative and so
are also affected.

This patch adjusts APSInt to override isNegative, isNonNegative, and
isStrictlyPositive with implementations that consider whether the type
is signed.

A large set of Clang OpenMP tests are affected. Without this patch,
these tests assume that `true` is not a valid argument for clauses
like `collapse`.  Indeed, `true` fails APInt::isStrictlyPositive but
not APSInt::isStrictlyPositive. This patch adjusts those tests to
assume `true` should be accepted.

This patch also adds tests revealing various other similar fixes due
to APSInt::isNegative calls in Clang's ExprConstant.cpp and
SemaExpr.cpp: `++` and `--` overflow in `constexpr`, evaluated object
size based on `alloc_size`, `<<` and `>>` shift count validation, and
OpenMP array section validation.

c06d4974d8 [ADT] llvm::bsearch, binary search for mere mortals
Summary:
Add to STLExtras a binary search function with a simple mental model:
You provide a range and a predicate which is true above a certain point.
bsearch() tells you that point.
Overloads are provided for integers, iterators, and containers.

This is more suitable than std:: alternatives in many cases:
 - std::binary_search only indicates presence/absence
 - upper_bound/lower_bound give you the opportunity to pick the wrong one
 - all of the options have confusing names and definitions when your predicate
   doesn't have simple "less than" semantics
 - all of the options require iterators
 - we plumb around a useless `value` parameter that should be a lambda capture

The API is inspired by Go's standard library, but we add an extra parameter as
well as some overloads and templates to show how clever C++ is.

4a10e2a415 [tblgen] Track CodeInit origins when possible
Summary:
Add an SMLoc to CodeInit that records the source line it originated from.
This allows tablegen to point precisely at portions of code when reporting
errors within the CodeInit. For example, in the upcoming GlobalISel
combiner, it can report undefined expansions and point at the instance of
the expansion. This is achieved using something like:
  SMLoc::getFromPointer(SMLoc::getPointer() +
                        (StringRef - CodeInit::getValue()))

The location is lost when producing a CodeInit by string concatenation so
a fallback SMLoc is required (e.g. the Record::getLoc()) but that's pretty
rare for CodeInits.

There's a reasonable case for extending tracking of a couple other Init
objects, for example StringInit's are often parsed and it would be good to
point inside the string when reporting errors about that. However, location
tracking also harms de-duplication. This is fine for CodeInit where there's
only a few hundred of them (~160 for X86) and it may be worth it for
StringInit (~86k up to ~1.9M for roughly 15MB increase for X86).
However the origin tracking would be a _terrible_ idea for IntInit, BitInit,
and UnsetInit. I haven't measured either of those three but BitInit would
most likely be on the order of increasing the current 2 BitInit values up
to billions.

9daa37762d Add partial implementation of std::to_address() as llvm::to_address()
Summary:
Following on from the review for D58088, this patch provides the
prerequisite to_address() implementation that's needed to have
pointer_iterator support unique_ptr.

The late bound return should be removed once we move to C++14 to better
align with the C++20 declaration. Also, this implementation can be removed
once we move to C++20 where it's defined as std::to_addres()

The std::pointer_traits<>::to_address(p) variations of these overloads has
not been implemented.

6a3f368498 Re-commit rL353927, patch included
Make llvm::Optional<T> trivially copyable when T is trivially copyable

This is an ever-recurring issue (see https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39427 and https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35978)
but I believe that thanks to https://reviews.llvm.org/D54472 we can now ship a decent implementation of this.

Basically the fact that llvm::is_trivially_copyable has a consistent behavior across compilers should prevent any ABI issue,
and using in-place new instead of memcpy should keep compiler bugs away.

This patch is slightly different from the original revision https://reviews.llvm.org/rL353927 but achieves the same goal. It just avoids
going through std::conditional which may the code more explicit.

Basically the fact that llvm::is_trivially_copyable has a consistent behavior across compilers should prevent any ABI issue,
and using in-place new instead of memcpy should keep compiler bugs away.
