Yvan Roux	cd89621c1f	[ARM][MachineOutliner] Add Machine Outliner support for ARM. ... Enables Machine Outlining for ARM and Thumb2 modes. This is the first patch of the series which adds all the basic logic for the support, and only handles tail-calls and thunks.
