Chandler Carruth	970e41ab77	Manually update the dependencies in the Makefiles. It turns out that all ... that work on the LLVMBuild based dependency specification didn't actually work, we just now maintain dependencies in *3* places instead of 2. Yay. John McCall	edc50f3f5b	Add the llvm-diff tool, which performs a relatively naive structural ... diff of a function. There's a lot of cruft in the current version, and it's pretty far from perfect, but it's usable. Currently only capable of comparing functions. Currently ignores metadata.
